• Explain to you the pros and cons of each style of hearing aid, allowing you to touch and handle some samples before you buy.
• Explain the different levels of technology to help you choose which is best for you.
• Give you at least a 30 day trial.
• Take into consideration any challenges involving arthritis, eyesight, dexterity, or memory.
• Thoroughly instruct you and/or a family member on managing your hearing aids.
• Thoroughly instruct you on how to operate them.
• Be willing to do house calls when needed.
