ARE YOU READY FOR AN OSHA AUDIT?

Dear Reader

My name is Dana Fox. I am a licensed hearing aid dispenser in Idaho. I have been helping people to hear better since 2008. As such, I conduct audiometric testing to fit and program hearing aids of all kinds.

Be prepared for an OSHA audit by staying compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95- Standard on Occupational Noise Exposure

I provide on-site services to local industries for hearing test thresholds as required by OSHA standards. I am usually available on short notice.

I provide professional audiometric tests for less than others. That’s because I own and operate my own business with no employees to pay. The others are corporations that must pay those who conduct tests and make a profit. And, I have no sales people to pay whose job is to schedule consultations.

Unlike others, I practice transparency regarding my prices. And I keep it simple:

One way driving distance of 75 miles or less…..$85 per hearing test.

One way driving distance of more than 75 miles….$110 per hearing test.

Meals at $19 and lodging (if needed) around $120 per night.

For example, if I drive 100 miles and conduct 20 hearing tests in one day the price would be $2200 plus 2 meals @ $19 per meal = $38.

That would be a total of $2238. If an overnight stay is required another $120 + $19 would be added with a total of $2377.

I researched a competitor’s price, (CINTAS), to compare their price for the same services. Their total price is calculated to be $5980, more than double mine.
